We ship all orders as soon as it is humanly possible and have two scheduled pickups per day. We are currently only shipping to the United States and offer standard ground shipment service as well as 2nd Day and Overnight shipping by FedEx. Orders for propellers only will be sent USPS with tracking.

All of our shipping rates are weight based. States like Alaska and Hawaii cost more to ship to. Our goal is to pass the exact cost of the shipping to the customer. 2 day shipping costs roughly double what ground does. Overnight costs roughly double the 2 day price.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS need to have their original packaging and included accessories to be considered for a refund.
Under no circumstances will we grant a return for anything in the "Spare Parts" category of the site.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping to Drones Made Easy is the responsibility of the buyer (which is you!) unless there has been a shipment error by Drones Made Easy.

Drones Made Easy retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned or exchanged. Contact us at sales@dronesmadeeasy.com for more details. Pictures of the state of the packaging, drone and accessories will be required in all cases.

All of our orders come through Amazon.com can be held up for a number of reasons ranging from fraud prevention to missing information. While these are good reasons, they tend to slow things down. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is for everyone's protection.

Other Shipping Issues
Damaged Package Claims
  • If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package) at sales@dronesmadeeasy.com or 1.844.312.8444. If you suspect that your purchase itself may have been damaged, do not try to use it. It is important that we see the state of the packaging as it was delivered. Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. We will send you an email with a form to fill out. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. Drones Made Easy may also require that photos be taken of damaged packages and or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help us expedite the process and provide a better resolution.
Lost Package Claims
  • If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us at sales@dronesmadeeasy.com. All packages shipped by Drones Made Easy are insured for 100% of the package's value. If your package is in fact lost, we will replace the package at no extra cost to you.
Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. In order to be considered lost, a FedEx package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. A report cannot be made until then. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather. Here is the USPS timetable for tracking lost packages: USPS Express Mail - 10 business days from the day the order was shipped USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped.
