How do I return an item?

Drones Made Easy is an Authorized Dealer for DJI and FlySight products and all we sell is drones, parts, and accessories. We know everything about them, how to support them, and how to fix them. We offer prompt shipping, customer service, and after-sales support. Drones Made Easy is the most technically capable dealer in the DJI network and can fix things that many other dealers won't touch.

Refund/Return Policy:

Drones Made Easy backs the manufacturer's warranty on all products we sell from the date they are delivered in their original factory packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the user’s manual.

We accept returns for exchange for 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" to be considered for an exchange. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without signs of use
  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • containing all original system components
  • packaging in good shape
  • must not be a special order or a custom order

We accept returns for refund for 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer a refund store credit only. Items must be in "new and unopened condition" to be considered for a refund. Definition of new and unopened condition is:

  • original factory seals are in tact
  • packaging in new shape
  • must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Due to the nature of spare parts and the trial and error involved, we cannot accept returns on any opened item in the "Spare Parts" product category.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

We understand that things happen, but you can’t expect to treat your equipment without care and expect us to cover it. We try to be fair and ask that you do the same.

Warranty Exceptions:
  • Water Damage – Don’t take off in the sand, fly in the rain, or land your drone in the water. We can tell.
  • Crash Damage – We cannot provide warranty support of drones that are crashed.
  • Abuse Damage – Damage that occurs due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
  • Loss – We cannot honor the warranty in the case of loss of the device.

KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING – The best way to get your equipment back to us is the same way we got it to you: in its original packaging. Sending it without this packaging will only risk more damage for which the owner will be held responsible. For any potential warranty return, all original system components must be present.
